Quilted Tabletopper with Tiles Embroidery
For this small tabletopper we used the designs from the Red Tile Set. We used golden and brown hues to match the colors of our fabric.

The finished size of the table runner is about 26 1/2" x 26 1/2".

Embroidery:
Stabilize the light-colored fabric with light-weight cut-away stabilizer. Upload the files from the Red Tile Set into the machine and embroider them one by one.

Trim the stitch-outs to 5" x 5" squares.
Cutting:
Out of the patterned fabric for the tabletopper, cut
  • 8 squares measuring 5" x 5" and
  • 2 squares measuring 14" x 14".
Out of dark brown fabric, cut
  • 2 strips measuring 1 1/2" x 18 1/2" and
  • 2 strips measuring 1 1/2" x 20 1/2".

Assembly:
Note: seam allowance is 1/4", press every seam immediately after you make it.
Lay out the embroidered 5" squares and batik 5" squares in 4 rows, alternating the squares.
