As we sell electronic files, we DO NOT provide refunds. Please ensure that our designs will work in your machine BEFORE making a purchase. The technical specifications of every design are available on each product page.

We guarantee only the quality of the files and formats we sell. If you purchase our designs for conversion or resizing, then you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for the quality of the converted or resized files or any failure(s) to convert or to resize them.
