Celtic Earrings

These are instructions on how to make the embroidered Celtic Earrings. The size of the design is 42 mm x 42 mm (1.65" x 1.65" ), the number of stitches is 5409 and there are 3 colors. Please feel free to pick the colors you like best.

Please note that it is NOT a freestanding design! To embroider it you'll need water soluble mesh stabilizer, and organza or tulle.

You will also need :

• embroidery threads, colors of your choice,
• earring wire,
• any small embellishments to your taste,
• small scissors.
  

Embroidery:

Stabilize a piece of tulle or organza with water soluble mesh stabilizer. Upload the file into the machine and embroider it.

Cut away the excess stabilizer and fabric.

Wash away the remaining stabilizer and let the stitch-out air dry.

With small scissors, neatly cut away the fabric around the stitch-out as close to the stitches as possible. Take care not to cut through the stitches.

Finishing:

Attach earring wire and any embellishments you'd like.
