Christmas Wreath "Chandelier" Mobile

This charming project is quick and simple to put together at the last minute. We used the designs FSL Battenberg 3D Angel Ornament and FSL Battenberg Lace Miniature Angel.

You will need :

• embroidery threads for the angel stitch-outs (we used cotton),
• wash-away stabilizer,
• wire wreath base,
• a bobbin of ribbon,
• a garland of fir branches (man-made) or natural fir branches ,
• wire ornament hooks or strings to hang the ornaments,
• small Christmas ornaments (optional).

Embroidery:

Upload the files of FSL Battenberg 3D Angel Ornament and FSL Battenberg Lace Miniature Angel into the machine and embroider them as many times as you need. We made 6 of the larger angels and 3 of the smaller ones.

We embroidered the larger angels in white and silver and the smaller ones in blue and white.

Wash out the stabilizer, air dry, and assemble the stitch-outs as directed in the instructions.

Assembly of the "Chandelier":

Place the wire base on the table.

Position the branches around the base and bind them with the ribbons.

Cut 3 pieces of ribbon, each 1 yard long. Tie one end of each ribbon to the wire base an equal distance from each other.

Tie the free ends together.

Hang the wreath from the ceiling. Fasten the angels.

You can additionally decorate the wreath with small Christmas ornaments.
