For this quilt, we used the Geranium Set. The set consists of two patterns: a full-color photo-stitch design, and a one-color designs. We used the photo-stitch design for the mega hoop and the one-color design for the large hoop (to create a "shadow").
The finished size of the wall hanging is about 18" x 20".

Sew the 2" x 15 1/2" borders to the upper and lower edges of the working piece. Sew the 2" x 20 1/2" borders to the left and right edges.
Embroidery:
Hoop the central part of the quilt top. First embroider the color design, slightly to the left of the center. Either in your software on the computer or in your machine, flip the one-color design to get its mirror image.
With the help of a print-out of the one-color design determine the position of the "shadow".
Then embroider the one-color design.
Quilting and Finishing:
Now place the backing on a flat surface (table) face down. Cover with batting. Spread your working piece over it.
Pin all three layers together with 1" pins and start quilting. We quilted with a meandering pattern around the embroidery and in a freemotion style on the borders.
After the quilting is finished, press the work with heavy steam and square the work -- all corners should be 90 degrees and opposite sides should be of the same length.
Finish the raw edges with the binding.
Use the remaining binding strip to make 4 loops. Sew them to the back of the wall hanging.
Your wall quilt is done. Enjoy!
