Using white squares, and orange and brown 1 1/2" x 5 1/2" and 1 1/2" x 7 1/2" strips, assemble the quilt blocks. Four blocks have an orange frame and five blocks have a brown frame.

The first and the third rows have brown blocks on the ends and an orange block in the center.
The second row has orange blocks on the ends and a brown block in the center.
Sew the 2 1/2" x 25 1/2" sashing strips to the upper edges of each row.
Sew the rows together.
Sew the remaining strip to the lower edge of the working piece.
Sew the 2 1/2" x 29 1/2" sashing strips to the left and right edges of the working piece.
Add the first border - sew the 2 1/2" x 29 1/2" orange strips to the left and right edges, then sew the 2 1/2" x 33 1/2" orange strips to the upper and lower edges.
Add the second border - sew the 2 1/2" x 33 1/2" brown strips to the upper and lower edges, then sew the 1/2" x 37 1/2" brown strips to the left and right edges.
Add the third border - sew the 4" x 37 1/2" paw-print strips to the left and right edges, then sew the 4" x 43" paw-print strips to the upper and lower edges.
Stabilize the white blocks with light-weight cut-away stabilizer and do the embroidery of the designs from the Redwork Puppy Set.
Now place the backing/lining on a flat surface (table) face down. Cover with batting. Spread your working piece over it.
Pin all three layers together with 1" pins. We quilted around the embroidery and all over the blanket in a free-motion style. Remove the pins.
Press the work with heavy steam and square the work -- all corners should be 90 degrees and opposite sides should be of the same length.
Finish the raw edges with binding.
