The parts of the Last Supper FSL Banner are embroidered as regular FSL. You can read about this in our General Guidelines.
Some points to remember from the General Guidelines:
Use Vilene water soluble stabilizer;
Use the same thread for the upper and bobbin to get two-sided embroidery.
DO NOT embroider several designs in one hoop.
The finished size of the banner is about 24". You will need: embroidery thread, water-soluble Vilene stabilizer and an satin ribbons.
To embroider this banner we used 40-weight polyester embroidery threads; you can also use rayon embroidery threads.
Step One: Embroider each part of the banner. Cut away the stabilizer leaving about 3/4". Place the designs in a row, aligning their edges. Secure with pins.
Step Two: Machine-stitch all parts together using short but not dense zig-zag. Use invisible thread.
Step Three: Now rinse the stabilizer and leave to air dry. Then press with steam.
Insert the ribbon into the side loops to hang the banner.
