This set of machine embroidery designs is part of our Cutwork Lace Fruits collection. It uses the Lace technique. The designs is available for the Large hoop (5" x 7") and Small hoop (4" x 4").
To embroider these designs, hoop the fabric with a layer of water soluble mesh. Start embroidering. The machine will embroider the outline of the design and stop.
Take the hoop from the machine. With a pair of sharp scissors cut away the fabric. The areas of fabric which are meant to be removed are darkened in the picture. If you are making a lace insert, remove the fabric only inside the outline. If you are making a coaster, remove the fabric around the design as well.
Return the hoop to the machine and finish embroidering. Wash away the stabilizer and leave to air dry. Press with steam.
All designs in the set are embroidered in the same way. Your coasters are ready.
