"The second I saw the Summer Fashion design, I knew I had to make a classy tote bag.
The tote is my own design. I constructed the tote from upholstery fabric on the outside and water resistant outdoor wear fabric on the inside. The tote and handles have been interfaced with stiff interfacing to hold its shape. The embroidery design is on an oval cut out of cotton/polyester fabric. With water resistant lining, any spills clean up nicely. I just throw the tote in a washing machine and hang to dry. Touch up with an iron if needed.
Every time I am out with the tote I am asked where I purchased it. All my relatives and in-laws want one.
I constructed the tote on my Husqvarna Viking Designer I and Husqvarna Viking Huskylock 910 serger.
