This contestant sent in pictures of a Christmas Tree skirt she made. She writes:
"I wanted something that could be handed down through generations, so I decided to make a tree skirt, I wanted to go with something very peaceful so I used a midnight blue velvet , I also used midnight thread. I love the beads so I sewed many colors of reflecting beads. Also went with a bold gold , I weave gold into my sewing along the last ten inches of bottom design, it was very hard to take a picture because of the movement of the beads on the design, they reflect the many colors of the lights. With this skirt, no need to place anything else under the tree as a decoration. Pictures just dont do justice."
