Embroidery Contest 2008

This participant sent in a photo of her wall hanging using the rose bouquet embroidery.

Here is what she writes: "The wall hanging is approximately 16" x 19". Because I didn't know what color I wanted next to the embroidery in my project prior to finishing the embroidery, I stitched it out on organza, then removed the excess organza. I adhered the design to the white oval with fabric glue. The two ovals are slightly raised because of the tight stipple on the stripe fabric surrounding them. I use a Designer I machine. "
