These are instructions on how to embroider blocks from the Stained Glass Applique Daffodil Panel Set. The set comes in three sizes: for the large (5" x 7"), mega (6" x 10"), and commercial (10" x 12") hoops.
The designs have a double zig-zag-stitch finish. We recommend to use cotton or polyester machine quilting threads for the finish.

You will need:
All three parts are embroidered in the same way.
Step One: Hoop the black fabric, stabilized with the stabilizer.
Upload the file into your machine. Start embroidering. The machine will embroider the outline of the first group of shapes and stop.
Apply a very small amount of the fabric glue inside the shapes. Cover the shapes with a piece of fabric (the color of your choice), press a little with the tips of your fingers so that the applique fabric adheres to the base and does not shift during the next step.
Start the machine.
The machine will embroider the same shapes over the applique fabric and stop.
Take the hoop from the machine. With a pair of sharp scissors cut away the fabric around the shapes as close to the stitches as possible. Return the hoop to the machine.
Step Two: The next color will embroider the outline of the petals. Again, apply a small amount of glue inside the outlines.
Cover the petals with a piece of applique fabric. Start the machine. It will embroider the same shapes over the applique fabric.
Cut away the fabric around the petals as close to the stitches as possible.
Step Three: Embroider the next group of shapes. Apply some glue inside the outlines.
Cover the outlines with the applique fabric. Start the machine. It will embroider the same outline over the fabric.
Cut away the applique fabric around the outline as close to the stitches as possible.
Step Four: The next color will embroider the shapes in the center of the flower and around the flower. Apply some glue inside the shapes.
Place applique fabric over the outlines and start the machine. It will embroider the same shapes over the applique fabric.
Cut away the applique fabric outside the shapes.
Step Five: Return the hoop to the machine and finish embroidery. Change threads when needed. The designs have a double zig-zag-stitch finish. We recommend to use cotton or polyester machine quilting threads for the finish
Step Six: In the same way embroider the left and central panels.
Trim the blocks to the size you need. Leave at least 1/2" for seam allowance.
Step Seven: Sew the panels together. Press the seams open.
The Daffodil Panel is ready for your projects.
